SHAILENE GURR
Shailene is a personal trainer and nutrition coach passionate about helping women unlock their inner strength. Starting her fitness journey at 13 through dance, she later transitioned into bodybuilding at 19, competing for six years and gaining a deep understanding of both physical fitness and mental resilience.
At 20, she pursued formal education in personal training and nutrition, equipping her to guide women through personalized plans that build strength and promote a healthy relationship with their bodies. Having overcome her own struggles with disordered eating, Shai brings empathy and experience to her coaching, focusing on sustainable habits and self-compassion.
She believes true strength is about more than physical gains—it's about overcoming self-doubt and showing up for yourself. Through her blend of competitive experience, education, and relatable coaching style, Shai empowers women to push past limits and thrive—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
