All sessions are held in the private Shaiped Fitness home gym, available by appointment only. This space is not open to the public, providing a focused, distraction-free environment—ideal for those who may feel uneasy or self-conscious in a traditional gym setting.

Hybrid Training is a combination of online coaching and in-person sessions. It's ideal for those who already have some gym experience but want a more structured approach to both fitness and meal planning. The in-person sessions help fine-tune your form, intensity, and technique, while the online component keeps you on track between visits.

Online Training is a fully remote coaching experience using messaging, phone calls, personalized training document and a fitness app. Your workouts and meal plan are delivered in detailed, easy-to-follow formats so you can train independently—with guidance and support always just a message away.

Hybrid Training works best for clients who are self-motivated but need structure and accountability. If you’re confident navigating a gym but want guidance to reach specific goals faster—with occasional in-person support—this is the perfect fit.

Yes! Many clients switch between formats depending on their schedule, travel, or evolving goals. We can easily adapt your program to be fully online, fully in-person, or a combination of both—whatever suits you best. Plus, if you're enrolled in Online Training, you’ll receive a discounted rate on any in-person sessions booked during your program.

Online clients receive ongoing messaging support, weekly check-in communication and accountability, access to a customized training app as well as a document form version that's yours to keep permanently. You’ll get feedback on your progress, form guidance (via weekly video critique), and updated plans based off of progress to match your results and goals.
